Just like our spice blends — nothing hidden, nothing artificial. Here's everything you need to know about how we make our seasonings and where to find us.
We're right in your backyard — a small-batch, local operation that actually cares what goes into your food. Our blends contain no MSG, no fillers, no shortcuts. Every single ingredient on our label is something you can pronounce, because we only use real spices.
"You can pronounce every spice on our ingredient list. We don't take shortcuts — we provide real flavor and real taste."Compare that to big-box brands that batch produce thousands of units months before they hit shelves. Our blends are made fresh, in small batches, and the difference shows up immediately in color, aroma, and taste.
The classic rule of thumb is 1 tablespoon of seasoning per 1 lb of meat — and that works for beef, chicken, pork, ribs, and brisket alike.
That said, we personally use 2–3 tablespoons per pound. The goal is a generous, even coat so the spice can fully penetrate the meat and really do its job. Don't be shy — you want coverage.
Never have. Never will. Our blends are completely free of MSG, gluten, and fillers of any kind. What's in the bottle is exactly what's on the label — real spices, nothing else.
"Your meat eats natural. Why season it with anything else?"We believe food should taste like food. When you put a quality piece of meat on the grill, it deserves a seasoning that's just as honest.
We're proud to be a local brand with real local roots. Here's where you can find us in person:
You can also order directly from our website and we'll ship right to your door.
Yes — and it's one of our favorite parts of what we do. We love working with local businesses, and we currently partner with a meat market, restaurants, and bars throughout the region.
There's no minimum order requirement, so whether you're a small shop or a growing restaurant group, we're happy to talk. Reach out to us directly and let's figure out what works for you.
Our spice blends stay fresh for up to one year from the date of purchase when stored properly.
For best results: keep them in a cool, dark, dry place in an airtight container, away from heat sources like your stove or oven. Heat is the enemy of fresh spice.
Because we use no anti-caking agents, you may notice the spices clump together over time — that's completely normal and actually a sign there's nothing artificial in the blend. If clumping happens, just pour the spices into a bowl and crush them with a spoon to break them apart. Good as new.
Whether you want to order, ask about wholesale, or just want to know what blend is right for your next cookout — we're here.
